These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exclusive Medical Aesthetics website and the booking, treatment, and purchase services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Treatments and Consultations
All treatments begin with a consultation. Treatment suitability is determined at the sole discretion of our qualified medical practitioners following assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment where we consider it clinically inappropriate. Treatment results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
3. Appointments
Appointment times are subject to availability. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling; deposits or fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments, as communicated at the time of booking.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through Base44 Payments (Wix Payments). For treatments booked with a preferred date and time, the clinic confirms availability after purchase; if a chosen slot cannot be accommodated, we will offer alternatives or a refund.
5. Products and Shipping
Skincare products are sold subject to availability. We ship physical orders to the address you provide at checkout; delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Gift cards and treatments are non-physical and are not shipped. Physical products are fulfilled and shipped by Exclusive Medical Aesthetics.
6. Loyalty Points & Rewards
Members earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on treatments and skincare. Each point is worth 5.5p toward treatments and may be redeemed for any treatment on our menu, subject to availability. Lifetime points (total earned, never reduced by redemption) determine your membership tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Points hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify the earning rate, point value, or tier thresholds at any time, with any changes posted on this page.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued with a unique code and are valid for the period stated at issuance. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance remains available for future purchases within the validity period.

9. Intellectual Property
