About This Treatment
Our Lip Filler Dissolving & Re-Fill treatment is designed for clients who would like to correct, reshape or completely refresh previously treated lips. Existing hyaluronic acid filler is first dissolved using hyaluronidase, where clinically appropriate, allowing the lips to settle before reassessment. Once sufficient healing has taken place, a personalised re-fill treatment can be performed to create a more balanced shape, improved definition and natural-looking proportions. This approach may be suitable where previous filler has resulted in migration, asymmetry, unwanted volume or an appearance that no longer reflects your desired result. Dissolving and re-filling are performed as separate stages. Suitability, timing and the need for dissolving are determined following clinical assessment. Hyaluronidase carries specific risks, which will be discussed during consultation.
